A predator-prey model with Holling Ⅱ type schemes is discussed.For this system,the global stability of the positive equilibrium is studied.The existence of a positive periodic solution is obtained by using coincidence degree theory and Mawhin continuation theorem.%讨论了一类具有Holling-Ⅱ型功能反应函数的捕食者——食饵模型,研究了该系统的平衡点,得到了正平衡点的全局稳定性,并利用Mawhin重合度理论中的延拓定理得到该模型至少存在一个正周期解.
