多线并绕大功率电感线圈电磁参数计算方法

         

摘要

在单线绕制电感线圈的基础上,通过理论推导,得到多线并绕电感线圈电感和分布电容的计算公式.绕制了两个电感实物,使用有限元仿真软件建立多线并绕电感线圈3D简化模型,通过静磁场和静电场仿真计算得到其电感值和分布电容.最后采用阻抗分析仪对绕制电感进行测试,得到其电感值和分布电容.电感理论计算值相对于仿真值的最大偏差为6%,相对于测试值最大偏差为6.23%;分布电容理论计算相对于仿真值的最大偏差为3.2%,相对于测试值最大偏差为14%,仿真和测试验证了所提出的多线并绕电感线圈电磁参数计算方法的正确性.%The calculation method of the inductance and self-capacitance of the multi-line inductor was obtained based on the single-line inductor. To verify the calculation method, a simplified 3D model was established by finite element simulation software. Its inductance and self-capacitance are obtained by static magnetic field simulation and electrostatic field simulation. Then the inductance and the self-capacitance were measured by impedance analyzer. The maximum deviation of the calculated value of the inductance theory relative to the simulated value is 6 % and the maximum deviation from the test value is 6.23 %. The maximum deviation of the theoretical calculation of the distributed capacitance is 3.2 % relative to the simulated value, and the maximum deviation from the test value is 14 %. The simulation results and test results show that the theoretical calculation formula can accurately obtain the inductance and the self-capacitance of multi-line parallel winding inductor.
