ZnS∶Cu nanoparticles were prepared in microemulsion at roomtemperature. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the diameter of the particles is 3～5nm and the particles are cubic crystallites structure. Ultraviolet absorption demonstrates the increased bandgap due to quantum confinement. A green emission band at 482nm can be observed in PL spectrum.%利用微乳液法制备出ZnS∶Cu纳米微粒。XRD表明微粒粒径为3～5nm，且为立方晶型结构。在紫外吸收光谱中，ZnS∶Cu纳米微粒吸收峰蓝移。发射光谱表明ZnS∶Cu纳米微粒产生一个位于482nm的绿色发射带。
