Objective To evaluate the vasa vasorum of carotid artery in patients with cerebral infarction by contrast enhanced ultrasonograpy .Methods 47 patients with cerebral infarction and 18 controls were studied by contrast enhanced ultrasonograpy . The vasa vasorum intensity of carotid artery was measured and calculated after the injection of contrast agent .Results The vasa vasorum intensity of carotid artery was higher in the side of infarction in patients with cerebral infarction than the controls and in the side of non-infarction in patients with cerebral infarction .The differences of the vasa vasorum intensity of carotid artery be-tween the controls and in the side of non-infarction in patients with cerebral infarction were not significant .Conclusion The vasa vasorum intensity of carotid artery is the marker of cerebral infarction and significantly increased in patients with cerebral infarction compared with patients with non-cerebral infarction .%目的：探讨应用超声造影技术评估脑梗死患者颈动脉滋养血管的价值。方法对47例脑梗死患者和18例非脑梗死患者双侧颈动脉进行超声造影检查和时间－强度曲线分析，测量和计算颈动脉滋养血管增强强度和增强相对强度。结果脑梗死患者梗死侧颈动脉滋养血管增强强度和增强相对强度明显高于非梗死侧和非脑梗死患者，而脑梗死患者非梗死侧颈动脉滋养血管增强强度和增强相对强度与非脑梗死患者差异无统计学意义。结论颈动脉滋养血管可能是反映脑梗死发生的标志，脑梗死的颈动脉滋养血管比非脑梗死患者明显增多。
