目的:在操作简单、容易掌握、手术时间短的前提下,有效提高螺钉置入的质量和准确性,更好地增强螺钉的生物力学性能。方法患者手术部位骨骼进行 CT 扫描,并将得到的信息进行处理后输入快速成型机内,加工成骨骼的局部模型。在模型上制作导航模块。手术中将模块卡入相应的骨面上,将钻头插入导航孔内,按照已测量的螺钉长度钻孔即可。结果制作完毕的角度导航模块卡入母骨吻合良好,与骨面贴附稳定,进钉角度精准。结论角度导航模块能有效提高骨科手术进钉角度的精准性,明显降低手术风险,在中小型医院可以普及应用。%Objective To make the orthopedic surgeries more simple ,easy and to shorten the operating time .To insert the orthopedic nails more accurately and to strengthen the nails’ biological mechanical property .Methods We scanned the position of the bone undergoing operaion ,inputed the message after processing a rapid prototyping machine and processed out a model of the patient’s local bone ,made a navigation module on the model ,fixed the modual on the right bone’s sur‐face during operation and inserted a drill into the navigating hole drilling to the depth of the nails .Results The ready‐made angle navigation modual fits well with the target bone’s surface closely ,and it makes the nails’ entry angle accurate . Conclusion The angle navigation modual can improve the accuracy of the nails’ entry angle during orthopedic operations , and lower the risks of operation ,so it can be used in the middle or small‐sized hospitals widely .
