目的 利用1.5T高场强扫描机,评估MR尿路造影对儿童肾脏积水病因的诊断价值.方法 利用B超筛查病例并进行MRU检查27例,年龄1～3岁,平均1.5岁.所有病例均在ADW4.0工作站进行后台图像重建.结果 重复畸形6例(其中2例同时伴有输尿管开口异位),肾盂输尿管连接异常14例,输尿管开口异位4例,输尿管囊肿3例.所有病例后期重建图像均符合临床要求,诊断正确.结论 MRU检查能够明确儿童肾脏积水的病因,为临床手术提供必要的信息.%Objective The purpose is to evaluate the importance of MR urography in congenital hydronephrosis for clinical application.Methods MRU and MRI were performed in 27 patients.All images of the patients were reconstructed using Advantage Workstation 4.0.Results Double renal pelvis and ureter were found in 6 cases (includeing two cases with ectopic ureter),abnormal conjunction of renal pelvis and ureter in 14 cases,single ectopic ureter in 4 cases,ureterocele in 3 cases.Conclusion MRU combined with conventional MRI can be used in congenital hydronephrosis in children.
