小儿正常胰腺超声测值及相关影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨小儿正常胰腺超声测值与其年龄、身高、体重、性别的关系,初步拟定小儿正常胰腺超声测值参考范围.方法 随机选择来我院体检小儿1009例.行B超检测其胰腺的形态、回声,胰头、胰体、胰尾厚度及胰管的宽度,同时测量其身高、体重.结果 受检小儿中年龄、身高、体重与胰腺测值呈正相关(r =0.403-0.696,P<0.01),体重与胰腺测值相关性最好(r =0.541-0.696,P<0.01),性别与胰头、胰体测值无明显相关性,与胰尾测值相关性小.受检小儿中年龄、身高、体重对胰腺测值的影响,体重的标准回归系数最大(b=0.524-0.837,P<0.01),影响最大.结论 小儿胰腺测值随年龄、身高、体重的增长而增大,而性别对其影响不大.体重与小儿胰腺测值关系最密切,对其影响最大.根据其分组,初步拟定小儿正常胰腺测值参考范围.%Objective To investigate the relaltionship between ultrasonic measurements of the normal children's pancreas with age, height, and weight, sex so as to define ultrasonic measurement of a normal pancreas value. Methods We randomly selected 1 009 children who did physical examination in our hospital. Ultrasound detected the pancreas and measured the head of the pancreas, pancreatic body and tail of the pancreas as well as pancreatic duct, and measured the height and weight of children. Results Age, height, and weight were correlated with pancreatic measured values ( r =0. 403-0. 696, P <0. 01). Correlation was best between weight and pancreatic measured value ( r =0. 541-0. 696, P <0. 01) ; but there was no significant correlation between gender and the head of the pancreas as well as pancreatic body measured values were. Correlation between gender and the tail of the pancreas was also minimal. Among age, height, and weight, it was weight that had a maximum regression coefficient ( b' =0. 524-0. 837, P <0. 01). Conclusion Pancreatic value was enlarged along with age as well as with height, body and weight; however, gender was found to have little effect. Weight and measurement of the pancreas in children are most closely related and had the biggest influence. Based on these findings, a preliminary protocol measuring reference range of pancreas in hildren can be gotten.
