Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Corydalis yanhusuo. Methods Thermo hypersil GOLD C,,( 250mm x 4.6mm,5.0μm)was used with the mobile phase methanol and 0. 1% phosphoric acid(pH5.0). Flow rate was at l.0ml/min; detecting wavelength was at 280nm; temperature was at 30℃ and the chromatography was recorded in 108 minutes. Results HPLC - fingerprint of Corydalis yanhusuo was established, which contained 23 common peaks. Conclusion The method can be used as a quality control method for Corydalis yanhusuo.%目的 应用RP - HPLC建立延胡索的指纹图谱.方法 Thermo hypersil GOLD C18(250.0mm×4.6mm,粒径5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(pH5.0)梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温30℃,记录时间:108min.结果 获得了该药材的HPLC指纹图谱,含有共有峰23个.结论 本方法样品处理简便,重复性好,可用于延胡索药材的质量控制.
