本研究将风险矩阵定性与半定量分析引入护理实验室安全管理中，建立了直观的风险矩阵并进行风险应对。以基础护理实验室为例，将专家咨询确定的风险等级作为风险矩阵的纵坐标，并以学生问卷调查结果得出的风险发生概率作为风险矩阵的横坐标，形成基础护理实验室安全风险矩阵图。以此矩阵为依据，根据不同风险处理原则进行风险应对，干预后重新形成风险矩阵，经比较干预效果良好。风险矩阵可以作为医学实验室风险管理中有效的风险评估工具、风险应对及效果评价依据。%The qualitative and semi‐quantitative risk matrix analysis were introduced into the safety management of nursing laboratory in this study .Risk response was applied after visualized risk matrix was established .Take funda‐mental nursing laboratory as an example .The risk matrix was established by using the risk levels determined by ex‐perts and the risk frequency from the results of questionnaire on students as vertical ordinate and horizontal ordinate re‐spectively .Then risk response was carried out according to the different principles of risk management .New risk ma‐trix was established after intervention and the management effect was significant compared to before .Risk matrix can be used as an effective risk assessment tools and the basis of intervention and results assessment during risk manage‐ment .
