Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combination of atorvastatin and berberine on diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral stroke.Methods:86 cases with diabetic cerebral infarction were randomly divide into atorvasta-tin (n=27),berberine (n=29)and a combination of atorvastatin and berberine (n=30)groups and treated atorvasta-tin,berberine and a combination of atorvastatin and berberine respectively.Three treatments both being taken for two months(one course lasting for one month),have a comprehensive analysis of the effects through the symptoms,body sign,blood sugar,blood fat ect.Results:After treated the totally effective rate of the combination of atorvastatin and berberine group is better than the other two groups;the combination of atorvastatin and berberine can significantly re-duce the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin;the combination of atorvastatin and berberine group can effectively improve the blood lipid level and reduce the injury of nerve function in patients.Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with berberine could improve patients’symptoms,and reduce blood glu-cose,improve blood lipids,reduce the injury of nerve function which proves the effectiveness on diabetes mellitus com-bined with cerebral stroke.%目的：：通过临床研究观察阿托伐他汀联合黄连素对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的治疗作用。方法：将86例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组(n=27)、黄连素组(n =29)、阿托伐他汀联合黄连素组(n =30)，三组患者在常规治疗的基础上分别给予阿托伐他汀、黄连素以及阿托伐他汀联合黄连素，通过观察和比较三组患者在治疗前、后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平、神经功能缺损程度评分来初步评价三种给药方案的临床疗效。结果：阿托伐他汀联合黄连素组在治疗后总有效率优于其他两组；黄连素组与阿托伐他汀联合黄连素组均可显著降低空腹血糖、餐后2h 血糖和糖化血红蛋白，且阿托伐他汀联合黄连素组优于黄连素药物组；阿托伐他汀联合黄连素组能有效改善患者血脂水平；并有效减轻了患者神经功能损伤。结论：阿托伐他汀联合黄连素能更加有效地改善2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的各种体征，降低血糖、改善血脂，减少糖尿病对神经的损伤。
