目的：探讨孕期补充爱乐维对新生儿健康状况的影响。方法：选取2009年9月-2012年3月来我院接受产前检查的孕妇240例，其中80例孕妇于孕中期给予复合维生素片（爱乐维），2片/d ，作为高剂量组；80例孕妇于孕中期给予复合维生素片（爱乐维），1片/d ，作为低剂量组；剩下的80例孕妇仅进行正常饮食，作为对照组，分别以三组产妇新生儿的体长、新生儿体重及新生儿Apgar评分作为临床观察指标，并使用SPSS13．0软件包进行统计学分析。结果：高剂量组巨大儿的出生率高于对照组和低剂量组，P＜0．05；高剂量组和低剂量组低体重儿的出生率均明显少于对照组，P＜0．05；低剂量组新生儿Apgar评分明显优于对照组和高剂量组，P＜0．05；三组产妇新生儿体长无显著性差异，P＞0．05。结论：孕期补充维生素对新生儿的健康状况有着明显影响，合理使用复合维生素片对于保证新生儿的健康具有着重要的意义。%Objective :To investigate the relationship between Vitamin Complex Tablets supplementation during preg-nancy and health of neonatal birth .Methods :Select 240 pregnant women who came to our hospital for prenatal care from September 2009 to March 2012 .The 80 pregnant women who received Vitamin Complex Tablets with 2/d as the high doses group ,80 pregnant women who received Vitamin Complex Tablets with 1/d as the low doses group ,and the oth-er 80 pregnant women who only received normal diet as the control group .Used the body length ,weight and Apgar score of the neonatal brith as the clinical index ,and used the SPSS13 .0 statistical sofeware for statistical analysis .Re-sults :The frequency of fetal maerosomia of the high doses group was significantly more than the low doses and the con-trol group ,P<0 .05;the number of neonates with low birth weigh of the high doses group and the low doses group was significantly less than control group ;the Apgar score of the low doses group was significantly better than the high doses group and the control group ,P<0 .05;there was no significant difference in the body length of three groups ,P>0 .05 .Conclusion:Supplementation of Vitamin Complex Tablets during pregnancy can produce an effect on the health of neonatal brith ,and upplementation of Vitamin Complex Tablets with reasonable dose will do important effects on the health of neonatal birth .
