公共管理本科应用型人才培养模式的构建与发展策略

         

摘要

The public management applied talents training is an important task for local colleges to serve the region-al economy and social development in the new period. However,there exist some problems in the process of cultivating public management applied undergraduate talents in local colleges,such as,errors of running position,ideas of talents cultivation existing a gap between theory and practice,flaw curriculum system,single teaching methods,and some teachers'abilities needing to be further strengthened. The paper puts forward a basic training thought for public manage-ment undergraduate applied talents,including clarifying the training objectives of applied undergraduate talents,chan-ging the concept of personnel training,adjusting the personnel training mode according to the basic requirements of local economic and social development,establishing a concept of taking the curriculum as the core support professional con-struction methods,transforming the teaching methods,and building a high quality team of teachers.%公共管理本科应用型人才培养是新时期地方院校服务区域经济社会发展的重要任务。然而,地方院校在公共管理本科应用型人才的培养过程中却存在一些问题,主要包括:部分地方院校的办学定位存在偏差;人才培养理念上存在理论与实践相脱节的问题;在课程体系设置上存在缺陷;教学方法比较单一;师资队伍的能力建设亟待进一步加强。论文提出公共管理本科应用型人才培养的基本思路:明确本科应用型人才的培养目标,转变人才培养观念;根据本地区经济社会发展的基本需求,调整人才培养模式;明确树立以课程为核心支撑的专业建设观念;变革教学方式方法;打造一支高素质的师资队伍。
