For the origin and connotation of " ego - absent realm" ,there are various comments and analysis in the academic field but no one has studied the types of it. The author thinks that " ego - absent realm" has different types. This paper aims at exploring the types of " ego - absent realm" briefly by analyzing two lines of Tao Yuan-ming's poem " While picking asters 'neath the Eastern fence,my gaze upon the Southern mountain rests" and two lines of Xie Lingyun's poem " Spring grass grows in the pond,and singing birds have also changed in the willows of the yard" .%对于“无我之境”的渊源及内涵，学界已有许多精到的点评和分析，但对于其类型却至今无人涉足。笔者认为，“无我之境”其实有类型的不同，本文拟结合陶（陶渊明）诗的“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”和谢（谢灵运）诗的“池塘生春草，园柳变鸣禽”两句，对“无我之境”的类型作初步探讨。
