Influenza is a kind of acute respiratory tract infectious diseases caused by influenza virus. It has high mor-bidity as well as infectivity. Thus, as the most effective prevention and treatment method, influenza vaccine catches more and more concernment. The use of adjuvant can promote the effect of influenza vaccine as well as reduce the amount of relevant antigen. Therefore, adjuvant has become a hot spot in research field. The current situation of adju-vant applied in influenza vaccine was summarized in this paper.%流行性感冒是一类由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病。其发病率高、传染性强，因此作为最佳预防手段的流感疫苗关注度日益提升。而佐剂的使用可提升流感疫苗的效果并减少相应抗原的使用量，因此成为研究热点。就应用于流感疫苗中佐剂的研究现状做一综述。
