通过对我国体育外语人才的需求状况进行调查分析，发现体育外语人才属于严重紧缺，在分析现行培养途径的基上，认为专业外语院校或者重点高校外语系开设体育外语专业或者相关相似专业形成系统的培养途径是最佳的途径。其途径可分为两种形式：1）课余或补充形式的培养（4＋0双学位、双专业的培养模式等）；2）专业培养模式：一是专业外语院校开设体育英语或者体育翻译专业；二是开设体育外语方向的退役优秀运动员班。%Through studying the demand of sport foreign language talents, the finding indicates that sport foreign language talents are in short supply. Based on the analysis of current cultivating way, we consider that specialized foreign languages universities or departments of foreign languages in key universities offering a system of sport foreign language majors or relevant majors is the best way to cultivate this kind of talents. Specialized foreign languages universities have the advantage of hardware, software and subject, which are necessities for cultivation of sport foreign language talents. Two forms for these universities to cultivate sport foreign language talents ： 1 ） cultivating in spare time or supplement education （e. g. 4 ＋ 0 dual degree） ; 2） specialized cultivating form： first, offering sport english major or sport translation major; second, holding sport foreign language class for outstanding retired athletes.
