论体育公共产品供给主体的多元优势整合

         

摘要

我国体育公共产品事实上已经形成了政府主导、市场供给的模式,其能否满足人们日益增长的多样化体育需求尚有待检验。文章针对当前体育公共产品供给主体中政府错位、市场越位、第三部门缺位的并存现象,分析了政府、市场、第三部门在提供体育公共产品上的优势与不足,以此提出,体育公共产品供给主体的多元优势整合概念,旨在实现体育公共产品的最优供给。%Sports public goods in China have actually formed a Government - led, market supply mode, whether it can meet the growing demands of diversified sports is yet to be tested. This paper analyzes phenomena of the current physical dislocation in supply of public products in the body of the Government, offside, and the lacking of third sector market, it also analyzes Government, market, and the third sector in the provision of public sports product in the advantages and disadvantages perspectives, thus propose sports multiple superiority integration concept of public goods supply to achieve an optimal supply of public sporting goods.
