Objective To approach the expression level and clinical significance of Math1 in different histological types colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Math1 protein were determined by immunohistochemistry from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 in this hospital in 35 colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma, 15 mucinous adenocarcinoma and 6 signet-ring cell carcino-ma. Results The positive rates of Math1 in colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma were 31.43%,100.00%and 100.00%respectively. The expression levels of Math1 protein in the tubular adenocarci noma was obviously lower than those in the other groups,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Math1 maybe an effective diagnostic marker for colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma.%目的：探讨Math1蛋白在不同组织学类型的结直肠癌中的表达水平和临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测Math1蛋白在2012年1月至2013年12月该院收治的35例结直肠管状腺癌、15例黏液腺癌和6例印戒细胞癌患者中的表达。结果 Math1蛋白在结直肠管状腺癌、黏液腺癌和印戒细胞癌中的表达阳性率分别为31.43%、100.00%和100.00%，管状腺癌中Math1蛋白的表达水平明显低于其他两组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 Math1蛋白阳性可作为结直肠黏液腺癌和印戒细胞癌的临床诊断标记。
