Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine tumor.Recently,the incidence of thyroid cancer has in-creased year by year and more than 80% of thyroid carcinomas are papillary thyroid cancer,besides the incidence of male and female difference extremely.This phenomenon has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and a-broad.Many studies have shown that this gender difference may be associated with estrogen.Estrogen may play an im-portant part in the initiation of thyroid cancer.The study of the relationship between estrogen and thyroid cancer is a hot issue.It is now deep into various levels of research,including protein and gene levels.It is of great significance to explore the role and mechanism of estrogen in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer.Therefore,the text reviews the correlation between estrogen and thyroid cancer at various levels by consulting the current domestic and foreign research reports.%甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌肿瘤,近年来甲状腺癌的发病率有逐年递增趋势,其中甲状腺乳头状癌占80%以上,且男女发病率差异较大,这一现象引起了国内外学者的高度重视.很多研究都表明出现这样的性别差异可能与雌激素有关,雌激素可能在此过程中发挥着关键作用.雌激素与甲状腺癌的相关性研究是一个热点问题,目前已深入到各个研究层次,包括蛋白质及基因水平.探究雌激素在甲状腺癌发生发展过程中的作用及影响机制具有重要意义.因此本文通过查阅目前国内外研究报道就各研究层次雌激素与甲状腺癌的相关性进行综述.
