目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中miR-150的表达及意义.方法:收集62例宫颈癌组织样本,其中Ⅰb期患者23例,Ⅱa期患者29例、Ⅱb期患者10例,正常宫颈组织13例,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测miR-150在不同宫颈组织中的表达,并将检测结果和临床及病理资料进行统计学分析.结果:宫颈癌组织中miR-150mRNA的表达量显著高于相应癌旁组织;宫颈癌组织miR-150mRNA的表达量明显高于正常宫颈组织,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);宫颈癌患者癌组织中miR-150 mRNA的表达水平与宫颈癌的临床分期相关,与宫颈癌Ⅰb期患者相比,Ⅱa期以及Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者癌组织中miR-150 mRNA的表达水平明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而宫颈癌Ⅱa期与Ⅱb期患者的miR-150 mRNA表达水平之间无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:miR-150在宫颈癌组织中高表达,可能作为癌基因调控宫颈癌的发生及发展.%Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of miR-150 in cervical cancer tissue.Methodis:Collected 62 cases of cervical cancer tissue samples,including 23 patients with stage Ⅰb,stage type Ⅱapatients 29 cases,10 cases of patients with stage Ⅱb,13 cases of normal cervical tissue,by adopting the method of real-time fluo rescent quantitative PCR detection of miR-150 in different expression in cervical tissue,and the test results and clinical and pathological data for statistical analysis.Results:Amount of miR-150 mRNA expression in cervical cancer tissue is significantly higher than the corresponding normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma.Cervical cancer tissue miR -150 mRNA expression is significantly higher than normal cervical tissue,statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).miR-150 in patients with cervical carcinoma tissue mRNA expression level associated with the pathologi cal staging of cervical cancer,compared to patients with cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb,stage type Ⅱa and Ⅱb miR-150 in patients with cervical carcinoma tissue mRNA expression level increased obviously,statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05),while in patients with cervical cancer stage type Ⅱa and Ⅱb miR-150 mRNA expression level between has no obvious difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:miR-150 in cervical cancer tissue increased,probably as the occurrence of cervical cancer gene regulation and development.
