目的:研究 SNCG 蛋白在小鼠肝癌高/低淋巴道转移潜能细胞株中的定位和表达差异。方法:应用免疫细胞化学、Western blot 方法检测 SNCG 蛋白在小鼠肝癌高/低淋巴道转移潜能细胞株 Hca - F/ Hca - P 的定位情况和表达差异。结果:SNCG 蛋白在 Hca - F 和 Hca - P 细胞株中均主要定位于细胞浆,细胞核区域也可见少量蛋白表达。SNCG 在 Hca - F 中的表达[染色强度为(+++)]强于在 Hca - P 中的表达[染色强度为(++)]。检测到一条 SNCG 特异性蛋白条带,在 Hca - F 细胞中表达量为 Hca - P 细胞中的1.9倍。结论:SNCG 的高表达可能与高淋巴道转移潜能有关。%Objective:To investigate the location and expression of SNCG in mouse hepatocarcinoma cells Hca -F,Hca - P. Methods:We tested the Hca - F and Hca - P cells with HRP - immunocytochemistry and Western blot for location and expression of SNCG. Results:SNCG protein locates in cytoplasma mainly in Hca - F and Hca - P cells. It also locates in nuclear. The strength of expression was higher in Hca - F than Hca - P. The intensity of Hca -F was( + + + ),and that of Hca - P( + + ). We found a specific band. The expression in Hca - F was 1. 9 times of that in Hca - P and the data had significantly difference(P = 0. 016). Conclusion:High expression of SNCG is pres-ent in high metastasis potential hepatocarcinoma cell. SNCG may be used as a predictive biomarker for lymph tract metastasis.
