目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中EphA2、NET-1的表达及意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测60例NSCLC及10例正常肺组织(对照组)中EphA2、NET-1的表达.结果:EphA2、NET-1在NSCLC中的阳性表达率(80.00％、85.oo％)明显高于癌旁正常肺组织(20.00％、30.00％).EphA2、NET-1蛋白在NSCLC中的表达差异与患者性别、年龄、病变部位无关(P＞0.05),但与NSCLC组织的分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关(P＜0.05).结论:EphA2、NET-1在NSCLC中的高表达可促进肿瘤细胞的转化、增殖、迁移,可作为临床判定肺癌恶性程度的指标.%Objective:To explore the expressions and significance of EphA2 and NET-1 in NSCLC.Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of EphA2 and NET-1 in 60 NSCLC specimens and 10 normal lung tissues.Results:The positive rates of EphA2 and NET-1 in lung cancer (80.00％ and 85.00％) were significantly higher than those in the normal tissue(20.00％ and 30.00％).EphA2 and NET-1 expressions were not correlated with age,sex and tumor position (P ＞ 0.05),but correlated with differential,clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The high expressions of EphA2 and NET-1 in NSCLC could promote the tumor cells'transformation,multiple and moving,and may be an useful tool for providing information about the malignant degree.
