采用烟草青枯雷尔氏菌(TR)的菌悬液,连续传代培养,并在含有TTC的培养基上观察弱毒力菌落的百分率.测试0、10、20、30代菌株的生物量曲线观察变化情况.测试0、5、15、25、35代的菌株侵染K326(中等抗性)烟苗的情况并观察其与烟苗相互作用的结果.结果表明:青枯雷尔氏菌经传代35次后,在含TTC的培养基上弱毒力菌株检出率接近100%;生物量随着传代次数的增加而呈现下降的趋势;野生型菌株与传代后菌株对烟苗的萎蔫率观测时间呈现波动性.%The biomass of the 0, 10, 20 and 30 generations of Rolstonia solanacearum ( TR) culture and the growth of the infected-tobacco seedling with 0,5, 15 , 25 and 35 generations of TR were analyzed in the present investigation. The results showed that the rate of none or tender virulence strains were nearly 100% after 35 generations, and the biomass decreased with the increase of generations. The wilting ratio of seedlings infected by wild type strains and passage strains was not synchronic.
