The effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza ( AM ) fungal strains, Glomas intraradices and Glomus mosseae, on the drought tolerance of tobacco seedlings was investigated by 2 x 3 two factors design experiments in the present work. The results showed that drought could significantly inhibit the growth of tobacco seedlings. As exposure to drought stress, SOD and CAT activities in leaves of tobacco seedlings obviously decreased, while the content of MDA and electric conductivity increased. The activities of SOD, CAT and POD, as well as height and biomass of tobacco seedlings inoculated with AM fungi were significantly higher than that of the AM-free, conversely, MDA accumulation and electric conductivity of tobacco seedlings inoculated with AM fungi were remarkably inhibited in comparison with that of the AM-free, suggesting that AM fungi might significantly improve the drought tolerance of tobacco seedlings.%采用2×3双因子设计,研究了接种AM真菌(根内球囊霉和摩西球囊霉)后烟苗的抗旱性.结果表明,干旱可显著抑制非菌裉烤烟苗生长,其叶片SOD和CAT活性下降,丙二醛含量和电导率升高;但接种AM真菌后的烟苗的SOD、CAT和POD活性、株高以及生物量均显著高于非菌根苗,其丙二醛含量和电导率显著低于非菌根苗.说明接种AM真菌可显著提高移栽后烟苗的早期抗旱性,减轻干旱的伤害作用.
