The family economy status of the Buyi village in Kongming Village, Luyung Township Qianxinan Prefecture was investigated in the current work. There was some problems in this villege, including labor migration, low family income and single labor skill etc. Therefore, the development of family economy should be strengthened through the following aspects: expanding the breeding and plant production, broadening the information channels, improving labor skills of the villagers and stimulating tourism industry.%以贞丰县鲁容乡孔明村为例,对黔西南州布依族村寨家庭人口结构和经济状况(年收入、年支出)等进行调查分析.结果表明:当地存在家庭收入低、劳动力外流趋势明显、劳动技能单一等问题.其家庭经济的发展应从几个方面着手:一是大力发展种养殖业；二是拓宽信息获得渠道；三是培养村民的劳动技能；四是大力发展旅游业.
