Objective To investigate the method for noninvasively measuring the cardiac oxy-gen consumption.Methods A total of 180 normal adults were divided into three groups:youth group,middle-aged group and elderly group,with 30 subjects in each group.The relative wave-form parameters of the reconstructed impedance cardiogram were measured,and the cardiac oxy-gen consumption(CVO)and oxygen consumption index(CVI)were calculated using the cardiac efficiency formula and thermal equivalent of oxygen.The statistical analysis was accomplished u-sing the SPSS12.0 software.Results The CVO was(1 5.4 ± 3.6)mL·min-1and the CVI was (2.64±0.49)mL·L-1in the 180 adults.Both CVO and CVI increased with age,and there were notable differences between youth group and elderly group(P<0.001).The CVO in male group was obviously greater than that in female group(P<0.001).However,no significant difference in CVI was found between male group and female group(P>0.05).Conclusion The reconstructed impedance cardiogram can be used to measure the cardiac oxygen consumption.%目的 探讨无损伤测量心脏耗氧量的方法.方法 测量180例正常成人(分为青年组、中年组、老年组,各年龄组内男女各30例)的重建心阻抗图的相关波形参数,利用心脏效率公式和氧热价,计算心脏耗氧量(CVO)和心脏耗氧量指数(CVI),利用 SPSS12.0软件进行统计分析.结果 180例正常成人的 CVO为(15.4±3.6)mL· min-1,CVI为(2.64±0.49)mL·L-1.这些测量结果都随年龄的增大而增大,且青年组与老年组之间有显著差异(P<0.001).男性组的CVO显著大于女性组(P<0.001),但对于 CVI,在男性组和女性组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 本文的测量方法可以用于测量心脏耗氧量.
