金纳米棒合成方法简单,容易得到尺寸均匀的产物,其表面易被基团、电解质、蛋白、抗体、化疗药物等功能化修饰,且有独特的理化及光学特性,生物毒性较低,生物相容性好,因而在肿瘤的诊断和治疗中的应用越来越广泛.笔者就金纳米棒的功能化修饰及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用研究作一综述.%Gold nanorods are easy to obtain products with uniform size, and its surface is easily modified by groups, electrolytes, proteins, antibodies and chemotherapeutic drugs.Moreover, gold nanorods have unique optical properties, low biotoxicity, good biocompatibility, and thus have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.This paper reviews the functional modification of gold nanorods and its application in tumor therapy.
