目的 提高对自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征(autoimmune polyendocrine syndromes,APS)的认识和诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析1例APS-Ⅲ型合并胸腺增生患者的临床资料,并进行相关文献复习.结果 患者在4年内先后发现患有1型糖尿病、Graves病、重症肌无力、垂体微腺瘤和胸腺增生,临床诊断为APS-Ⅲ型.结论APS临床表现复杂,个体差异很大,极易误诊和漏诊.临床医师应提高对APS的认识,完善相关检查,定期随访,提高诊断率.%Objective To improve the understanding and diagnosis of autoimmune polyendocrine syndromes(APS).Methods The clinical data of one patient with APS-Ⅲ were retrospectively analyzed and the relative literature was reviewed.Results The patient was successively diagnosed as having type 1 diabetes mellitus,Graves disease,myasthenia gravis,pituitary microadenoma and thymic hyperplasia within 4 years,and was eventually diagnosed with APS-Ⅲ.Conclusion The APS has complex clinical manifestations with great individual variation.It is easy to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.The recognition of APS should be improved in clinicians and the relevant examinations and regular follow-up should be performed to increase the accurate rate of APS diagnosis.
