基于Cu/TiO2制备的新型空气净化过滤装置在除菌中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the antibacterial activity of Cu/TiO2 nanoparticles and the sterilization effect of Cu/TiO2-based new air purification filter.Methods The characteristics of Cu/TiO2 nanoparticles were determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and the antimicrobial properties of Cu/TiO2 were measured using inhibition zone test and turbidity method.Furthermore,the antibacterial effect of Cu/TiO2-based air purification filter was evaluated.Results The SEM showed that Cu/TiO2 nanoparticles were evenly distributed with uniform size of 20-70 nm in diameter.In the presence of Cu/TiO2,the diameters of inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae were significantly larger than those against Escherichia coli.The minimum anti-bacterial concentrations of Cu/TiO2 were 1.56 mg · L-1 for these three kinds of bacteria.The 1-hour sterilization rates of Cu/TiO2-based mr purification filter against these three kinds of bacteria were more than 99.99 %.Conclusion The Cu/TiO2-based air purification filter can effectively kill gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and eliminate bacterial air pollution.%目的 探讨复合纳米材料——铜基二氧化钛(Cu/TiO2)的抑菌能力及用其制备的新型空气净化过滤装置的除菌效果.方法 采用扫描电子显微镜对Cu/TiO2进行表征;抑菌圈实验及浊度法检测Cu/TiO2的抗菌性能;检测基于Cu/TiO2制备的新型空气净化过滤装置的除菌效果.结果 扫描电子显微镜下显示Cu/TiO2分散均匀,颗粒大小均一,直径为20~70 nm.浸涂有Cu/TiO2的金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌圈直径均显著>大肠杆菌,Cu/TiO2对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的最低抑菌质量浓度均为1.56 mg·L-1.基于Cu/TiO2滤网组成的空气净化装置对3种菌种的1h除菌率(Kt)均>99.99%.结论 基于Cu/TiO2制备的空气净化过滤装置能够有效杀灭革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌,消除细菌性空气污染.
