目的 观察湿性敷料在乳腺脓肿切开引流术后伤口护理中的疗效.方法 将100例乳腺脓肿切开引流术后患者按患者住院单、双号分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例.观察组采用湿性敷料换药,对照组使用普通敷料换药,直至伤口愈合.对2组患者伤口愈合时间、换药疼痛情况及换药次数进行比较.结果 与对照组比较,观察组伤口愈合时间更短,换药次数更少,疼痛程度更低(均P＜0.01).结论 使用湿性敷料换药可缩短乳腺脓肿切开引流术后伤口的愈合时间,同时可有效减轻患者的痛苦.%Objective To observe the effect of moist dressing on wound healing after incision and drainage of mammary abscess .Methods One hundred patients who underwent incision and drainage of mammary abscess were divided into two groups according to the hospital number ,with 50 patients in each group .The wounds were covered with moist dressing and ordinary dressing until wound healing in study group and control group respectively .Wound healing time . pain at dressing change and number of dressing changes were compared between the two groups .Results Compared with control group . wound healing time ,pain at dressing change and number of dressing changes significantly decreased in study group (P<0.01 ).Conclusion Moist dressing can shorten wound healing time and alleviate patients ' suffering after incision and drainage of mammary abscess.
