Objective To investigate the inhibition effects of Artemisia selengensis Turcz and quercetin on the growth of colon carcinoma CMT-93 cells. Methods The murine CMT-93 cells during the logarithmic phase of growth were cultured and passaged. CMT-93 cell growth inhibition induced by Artemisia selengensis Turcz and quercetin was determined using CCK-8 method. Results Both Artemisia selengensis Turcz and quercetin inhibited the growth of CMT-93 cells in a dose-dependent manner within a certain range. In addition, Artemisia selengensis Turcz and quercetin showed a synergistic effect. Conclusion Artemisia selengensis Turcz and quercetin can inhibit the growth of CMT-93 cells and have synergistic anti-tumor effect.%目的 研究槲皮素和藜蒿对鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93细胞的生长抑制作用.方法 取对数生长期的鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93细胞进行培养、传代.采用CCK-8法观察不同浓度藜蒿、槲皮素及联合用药对鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93生长所起的作用.结果 槲皮素、藜蒿均可抑制鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93细胞的生长,在一定范围内呈剂量依赖关系.槲皮素协同藜蒿可抑制鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93细胞的生长.结论 槲皮素和藜蒿对鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93细胞的生长有抑制及协同抗肿瘤作用.
