目的 初步探讨肺结核患者血清对氧磷酶-1(PON1)的变化和意义.方法 检测并比较29例肺结核患者(PTB组)、34例非结核性肺部感染患者(Non-PTB组)和37位健康人群(HC组)血清PON1的活性水平.结果 PTB组和Non-PTB组患者的血清PON1活性比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),PTB组和Non-PTB组患者的血清PON1活性均低于HC组(P＜0.05).结论 肺结核患者的血清PON1活性较健康人群低,其原因可能是肺结核患者存在氧化-抗氧化系统功能失衡.%Objective To investigate the change in serum paraoxonase-1 (PON1) activity and its significance in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB). Methods Serum PON1 activities were determined in 29 patients with PTB(PTB group),34 patients with non-tuberculosis pulmonary infectious disease(non-PTB group)and 37 healthy subjects (HC group). Results Serum PON1 activity in PTB group and non-PTB group was significantly lower than that in HC group (P＜0.05). There were no differences in PON1 activity between PTB group and non-PTB group (P＞0.05). Conclusion The lower paraoxonasel activities in PTB patients compared to healthy subjects may be due to oxidant/antioxidant imbalance.
