目的 探讨成人重症破伤风的治疗方法.方法 回顾性研究自2008年1月至2011年3月应用改进后的破伤风治疗方法治疗成人重症破伤风4例,分析治疗方法及疗效.结果 4例患者均予以注射人破伤风免疫球蛋白或破伤风抗毒素、抗感染、营养支持、肌松镇静解痉等综合治疗.4例均行气管切开、呼吸机辅助呼吸.4例患者中1例并发肺部感染,1例合并肺部感染,1例有吸毒史.4例患者均治愈出院.结论 应用改进后的破伤风治疗方法,可明显提高所研究病例的治愈率,改善重症破伤风患者的预后.%Objective To investigate the treatment of adults with severe tetanus. Methods A retrospective analysis of treatment methods and efficacy was conducted on adults with severe tetanus who received the improved treatment of tetanus between Jan. 2008 and Mar. 2011. Results Patients were treated with human tetanus immune globulin or tetanus antitoxin,antibiotics,nutritional support, antispasmodic and sedative muscle relaxants, and other comprehensive treatment approaches. All patients underwent tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation. Among the 4 cases, 1 was complicated by pulmonary infection, 1 was associated with pulmonary infection,and 1 had a history of drug abuse. All the 4 patients were cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion The improved treatment of tetanus can significantly increase the cure rate and improve the prognosis in patients with severe tetanus.
