我国国民的患病人口数逐年上升，人均医疗支出不断增加，对医疗保健系统造成越来越大的压力，导致医疗资源紧张等后果。不同年龄段人均医疗支出差别很大，尤其是老年人的人均医疗支出比其他年龄段人口超出很多。因此，人口年龄结构的改变以及老龄化程度的加深，将对我国未来人均医疗支出产生较大的影响。应对人均医疗支出的增长趋势，需要从人口年龄结构方面入手，认清我国老龄化程度逐步加深的趋势，提前做好应对医疗保健系统压力的准备，引导医疗卫生事业平稳、健康发展。%With the annual increase of diseased population in our country, medical expense per capita keeps going up, causing more and more pressure on health care system and medical resource. There is a striking difference in people”s health spending per capita, with the elderly especially spending much more than any other age groups. Therefore, the change of the population age structure and deepening aging will have strong impact on our future medical expense. Thus the resolution to the growth of medi-cal expenditure needs to center around population age structure, to recognize the trend of deepening aging, to get prepared ahead of time to cope with the pressure on health care system , to guide a smooth and healthy development of medical and health services.
