不同方法提取的柴胡挥发油化学成分比较

         

摘要

目的:考察不同提取方法柴胡挥发油中成分的差异。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法、酸水蒸气蒸馏法、水蒸馏法、酸水蒸馏法及溶剂提取法提取柴胡挥发油,并采用 GC-MS 法分析所得挥发油的成分。结果溶剂提取法的挥发油得油率最高,用酸水处理后再提取的得油率最低;GC-MS 分析结果表明,主要成分为茴香脑及其同分异构体蒿脑,酸水处理后提取的挥发油含有反式-2-壬烯醛、松油醇。结论不同提取方法所得的挥发油成分差异较大,主要成分茴香脑及其同分异构体蒿脑在解热方面的药效需进一步研究。%OBJECTIVE To study the chemical composition of essential oil extracted from Bupleuri Chinese by different methods.METHODS The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation,acid water vapor distillation,water distillation, acid water distillation and solvent extraction methods,and the chemical composition of the essential oils were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS The yields of essential oil extracted by solvent extraction method was highest,while the yields with acid water treatment was lowest;GC-MS analysis showed the main chemical composition were anethole and its isomer estragole.CON-CLUSION The chemical composition of the essential oil extracted by different methods is distinct,and further study on the antipyretic effect of the main composition anethole and its isomer estragole is needed.
