龙葵药材的质量评价研究

         

摘要

目的 建立龙葵药材的质量标准,并对市售龙葵药材进行质量分析与评价.方法 采用薄层色谱法对澳洲茄碱和澳洲茄边碱进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC-ELSD法测定龙葵中上述2种生物碱的含量;采用《中华人民共和国药典》附录中相应测定方法分析考察了水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分,浸出物含量.结果 10批药材中澳洲茄碱和澳洲茄边碱含量范围分别为0.005%~0.048%,0.006%~0.053%、水分范围为7.25%~11.2%、总灰分范围为10.1%~15.7%、酸不溶性范围为0.499%~2.08%、浸出物范围为14.1%~23.9%.结论 所建立的龙葵药材中澳洲茄碱、澳洲茄边碱的薄层鉴别及HPLC-ELSD含量测定方法准确、重现性好,可用于该药材的质量控制.%OBJECTIVE To establish quality evaluation methods and standardization for Salanumnigrum L., and to analyze and estimate the quality of Salanum nigrum L. sold in markets. METHODS TLC was used to identify Solasonine and So-lamargine, while HPLC-ELSD method was utilized to quantify the two alkaloids in Salanum nigrum L.. And the contents of its moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extractive were determined by the method recorded in the appendix of Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China.RESULTS In 10 batches of the herbal samples, the content ranges of Solasonine and Solamargine were 0.005%~0.048% and 0.006%~0.053% respectively. That of moisture in the herb was 7.25%~11.2%, the total ash 10.1%~15.7%, the acid-insoluble ash 0.499%~2.08% , and the extractive 14.l%~23.9%. CONCLUSION The methods of TLC and HPLC-ELSD are accurate and of good reproducibility, which can be used to establish the quality criteria of Salanum nigrum L.
