Based on the analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and supply chain integration, we probe into the influence path and optimization strategy of supply chain integration for enterprise's performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial spirit. We find that there are conflicts between the play of entrepreneurial spirit and the stability of the existing supply chain, but the former is closely related to the new supply chain. Meanwhile, there is signif-icant influence of entrepreneurial spirit on supply chain integration and enterprise's performance. Though supply chain in-tegration itself has no significant influence on the improvement of enterprise's performance, entrepreneurial spirit has a positive influence on enterprise's performance. In the long run, under the influence of entrepreneurial spirit, supply chain integration displays an influence of"continuous arch bridge"on enterprise's influence.%在对企业家精神和供应链整合之间关系进行分析的基础上,从企业家精神的视角探讨了供应链整合对企业绩效的影响及其动态变动路径.研究发现,企业家精神的发挥与现有供应链的稳定之间存在冲突,而与新的供应链的形成密切相关;同时企业家精神对于供应链整合与企业绩效之间的关系影响显著,尽管供应链整合本身并不能够带来所有企业经营绩效的提高,但是企业家精神却可以保证企业间绩效的权衡趋于正面,从而保证整体绩效的提升.长期来看,在企业家精神的作用下,供应链整合对于企业绩效的影响呈现"连续拱桥"的变动路径,即在企业家精神高涨的两次时点之间,供应链整合对于企业绩效的影响呈现倒U型,这是由于供应链整合的三个维度并不是同时进行也不是一蹴而就的,而是逐步进行和缓慢推广的.
