在全球化社会转型加速的今天,流动性作为转型社会的一个本质特征,正在重塑着人们对当下诸多社会现象的认知.当流动性日渐成为一种跨学科的理论视角和学术表达时,贫困作为社会发展过程中绕不开的社会问题,也在流动性的语境中获得了新的文化释义和价值建构.从流动性视角考察贫困的现代性特征可以发现,贫困的流动性和贫困治理的精准化作为中国转型社会背景下两股截然相反的力量,二者之间相互影响彼此共生,正是造成贫困治理中精准扶贫难以精准的深层原因.将贫困治理与贫困的流动性相结合,进而反思当前贫困问题的治理,也许是解决当前精准扶贫实践困境的一个有效突破口.%Today, as an essential feature of the transformation society, mobility is reshaping people's cognition of many social phenomena with the acceleration of global social transformation. When mobility becomes an interdisciplinary theoretical perspective and academic expression, poverty has been a social problem that cannot be ignored in the process of social development,and it also has obtained a new cultural interpretation and value construction in the context of mobility. Especially in these days when China has made further progress in the targeted poverty alleviation, the perspective on the mobility of poverty helps us not only to re-examine the modernity of poverty in the context of transformation society, but also to reflect on the realistic predicament and the real value demands behind the precision governance of poverty.
