美国音乐艺术博士的培养模式研究

         

摘要

美国的音乐艺术博士培养在教育课程设置、人才入学选拔、博士候选人资格考试、毕业考核评价体系上已经达到世界先进水平,呈现出规模宏大,整体实力强,培养机制灵活、多元的特点.进入新世纪以来,全美众多大学的音乐艺术博士(DMA)项目都在努力构建适合本地区经济、文化、社会发展的博士教育体系,力求培养专业特色鲜明,能够在多元化错位竞争中赢得某个专业分支领域优势的高级音乐人才.因此,以美国音乐艺术博士(DMA)的发展为切入点来思考我国艺术专业博士设置所面临的深层次问题,借鉴美国音乐艺术博士(DMA)在人才选拔、培养与课程设置上的成熟经验和模式,为进一步推动我国的艺术专业博士教育设置乃至我国专业博士教育总体发展提供可资借鉴的路径.%The United States was the first country to set up a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA), which has reached the world advanced level in the education curriculum, talent selection, doctoral candidate qualification examination, and gradu-ation assessment evaluation system and it has presented a large scale, strong overall strength, and a flexible and diverse training mechanism. In the new century, the DMA programs in many universities in the United States have all been working hard to build a doctoral educational system that is suitable for the economic, cultural, and social development of the region. Meanwhile, they actively respond to the challenges to cultivate professional musicians with distinctive profes-sional characteristics and the ability to win the advantages of a professional branch in a variety of dislocation competi-tions. Therefore, with the development of (DMA) in the United States as a starting point, we take into consideration the deep issues of the conferment of China's Doctor of Arts. Through the analysis and research on talent selection, training and curriculum setting of (DMA), we can draw on its mature experience and model, so as to further promote the estab-lishment of China's doctoral education in artistic specialty and even the overall development of China's professional doc-toral education.
