变质岩路堤湿化变形试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the wetting deformation properties of metamorphic soft rock embankment filler, the writer used the large scale indoor model test of moist deformation of embankment ; studied and analyzed the deformation law and the deflection after moist deformation of the phyllite came from stripped and aleuritictextture mylonitization; estimated the max moist earth subsidence of the local soft metamorphic rock embankment of 9.6 m high. Based on the fundamental principles of moist deformation and the computing method, the writer wrote a specific program of finite element analysis of moist deformation of embankment using single-line method. The resuits of the study show that : the high estimate for 9.6 m metamorphic soft rock embankment biggest packing to moist settlement is 6.3 cm, in line with the highway roadbed design code for subgrade settlement after work less than 10 cm requirements. The finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental values of qinling mountains soft rock subgrade the design, construction and quality control have certain reference.%为研究变质软岩填料路堤湿化变形规律,通过室内大比例尺路堤湿化变形模型试验,分析了秦岭山区糜棱岩化条带状粉砂质千枚岩湿化与时间的变形规律及湿化前后的变形量,并预测现场9.6m高的变质软岩填料路堤最大湿化沉降量;基于湿化变形的基本原理,编写了采用单线法进行路堤湿化变形有限元分析程序,并对变质软岩填料路堤进行湿化变形有限元分析,进一步与室内模型试验作对比分析。研究结果表明:预估现场高为9.6m变质软岩填料路堤最大湿化沉降量为6.3cm,符合公路路基设计规范关于路基工后沉降量小于10cm的要求。有限元计算结果与试验实测值较吻合,对秦岭山区软岩路基的设计、施工与质量控制起到一定借鉴作用。
