基于中西文化差异的高校外籍教师跨文化管理分析

         

摘要

Introduction of foreign teachers is a major measure for the form and renewal of teachers in colleges and universities. It plays a positive role in construction and development of foreign languages and other fields as well as training the high-level talents. By discus- sing the differences between Chinese and Western culture existing in values, religious beliefs, ways of thinking, customs and other as- pects, we should establish the correct cross-cultural idea, strengthen intercultural management training, implement the standardized, institutionalized and humane management. Fruitful cross-cultural management of foreign teachers should be done.%外籍教师的引进是我国高校师资队伍改革和更新的一项重大措施,为高校的外语教学和其他学科的建设与发展,培养高层次人才发挥了积极的作用。本文通过中西方在价值观、宗教信仰、思维方式、风俗习惯等方面存在的文化差异进行分析认为,需要树立正确的跨文化理念,加强跨文化管理方面的培训,实行规范化、制度化、人性化管理等,对外教进行卓有成效的跨文化管理。
