There have been numerous treatises and discussions on Lament of Lady Zhao Jun (昭君怨) in both ancient and modern times.This melody and its lyrics are connected to a story about Wang Zhaojun, later known as one of China's "four beauties".However, with regard to the metric pattern and composing style, scholars have yet to come up with a general agreement.It is argued herein that this melody contains forty characters with double lyrical tones.Besides, it is also found that this piece has altogether fifteen styles based on an analysis of its lyrical, tonal, lexical, and reiterative patterns.%古今有关《昭君怨》词谱的论列,疏漏甚多.《昭君怨》又称《宴西园》《洛妃怨》,常见者为四十字,双调,上、下片各四句,凡四用韵.此外,在字数、句法、用韵、叠字、顶真、平仄等方面,亦时有参差,综合以上各点,可得《昭君怨》共十五体.
