浊点萃取光度法测定水样中的痕量铁

         

摘要

利用非离子表面活性剂TritonX-114在温度高于其浊点时形成相分离的行为,建立了浊点萃取分光光度法测定水样中的痕量铁的新方法,探讨了以硫氰化钾为显色剂,TritonX-114浊点萃取富集痕量铁的实验条件.在优化了的实验条件下,进行了痕量铁的分析,其最大吸收波长为470 nm,测定铁的线性范围是0.1~1.0 mg/L,加标回收率为96%~104%.%A new method utilizing non-ionic surfactant of Triton X-114 , which can be separated into two phases by heating to its cloud point, is developed to extract trace iron. And the effect of experimental conditions, such as Triton X-114 as surfactant and potassium thiocyanate as complexing agent on cloud point extraction ( CPE) , is also discussed. Under the optimal experiment conditions, the maximum adsorption wavelength is 470 nm,the lin-ear range of iron is 0 . 1~1 . 0 mg/L and the recovery of iron is 96% ~104%.
