通过实验方法测定了土壤Pb含量对栀子幼苗生长量和生理特性的影响,以及栀子幼苗对土壤Pb吸收富集特征。结果表明,随土壤Pb含量升高,栀子幼苗生物量、株高、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量降低;SOD、POD、CAT活性和MDA含量随土壤Pb含量的升高而升高。统计分析表明,各实验组间存在显著差异,当土壤Pb含量高于1045 mg/kg,差异达极显著水平,栀子幼苗生物量与幼苗生理指标存在显著相关性;栀子幼苗根、茎、叶中对Pb的富集随土壤Pb含量升高而增加,栀子根是土壤Pb最主要的吸收部位。土壤Pb含量在1045 mg/kg以下,栀子幼苗能够正常生长生存;当土壤Pb含量高于1045 mg/kg,栀子幼苗自身调节抵抗能力降低,其生理反应和生长均受到抑制。%This research studies the effects on content of soil heavy metal ( Pb) leading to the biomass and physi-ological characteristics as well as characteristics of absorption enrichment of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis seedling . The result suggests that with the increase of Pb the biomass , the height , the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar of seedling of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis decreased;while the activity of SOD , POD, CAT and content of MDA increased.When soil Pb concentration is above 1045 mg/kg, there are significant differences among the experimental groups , and there are also significant correlation relationships between the biomass and physiologi -cal indexes of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis seedling .The concentration of Pb in root , stem and leaf of seedling of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis increases as the concentration of Pb increasing and root is the major tissue for Pb ab-sorption .The seedlings of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis can maintain normal growth when the concentration of Pb in soil is less than 1045 mg/kg.But when the concentration of Pb in soil is above 1045 mg/kg, the ability of self-regulation of Gardeina Jasminoides Ellis seedling becomes weaker and its physiological responses as well as growth are inhibited .
