A method for the synthesis of the dimethyldithiocarbamate copper ( II) complex has been developed , u-sing sodium dimethylcarbamodithioate as a ligand .The ligand could be easily obtained by the reaction of dimeth-ylamine with carbon disulfide .The molecular structure of the copper ( II) complex was characterized by Elemen-tal Analysis( EA) , IR, NMR, UV and the process condition for synthesizing the ligand was investigated .The studies of electrochemical properties revealed that the copper ( II) complex showed good redox process in anhy-drous dichloromethane .%以二甲胺、二硫化碳为原料合成了二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,用该配体和二氯化铜合成了二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸铜。利用元素分析、红外光谱( IR)、核磁( NMR)及紫外光谱( UV)对二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸铜的结构进行了表征,并初步探讨配体的合成工艺条件。电化学性质研究表明:配合物在二氯甲烷溶液中表现出较好的可逆氧化-还原过程。
