To scholars of the Ming and Qing dynasties,the classic seven-character poetry（Qiyan-Gushi） is a kind of poetry which possesses distinctive characteristics and aesthetic tastes.The poetic circles in the Ming and Qin dynasties have done extensive research on the concept,origin,structure,discourse,tone,rhyme,and stylistic features of the classic seven-character poetry.Although scholars have different descriptions of the concept and the stylistic characteristics of the classic seven-character poetry,they have the same recognition that research on the stylistics of poetries is important.Their discussion mainly covers the following aspects： first,the relations between Ge-xing,Yue-Fu and the classic seven-character poetry;second,the system and the structure of the poetry;and third,the tone and the rhyme of the poetry.%在明清学者看来,七言古诗是一种体制独特的诗体。明清诗学界也对七言古诗的概念、源起、篇制、结构、章法、声律、风格特点等方面作了广泛的探讨。他们对七言古诗的讨论显示出明确地辨体意识,他们的探讨主要集中在以下几个方面：一是对七言古诗和歌行、七言乐府关系的认识;二是对七言古诗篇制章法的认识;三是对七言古诗声律的探讨。
