Logistics management is a highly practical, comprehensive and professionalized course. As a result, the application of case teaching can significantly improve teaching effectiveness. In the practice of case teaching in lo- gistics management, it is proposed that teachers attach great importance to sufficient lesson preparation beforehand and strike a good balance between theoretical teaching and case teaching. Besides, teachers are supposed to select cases carefully before conducting case discussion, control the progress of case discussion, stimulate the enthusiasm of students" participation in the discussion, and finally make a summary of the discussion results that have come a-long. Furthermore, it is advised that case teaching be included in the overall course evaluation system.%物流管理课程具有很强的实践性、综合性和专业性，应用案例教学方法能显著提高教学效果。案例教学中教师要注意做好充足的课前准备和处理好理论与案例教学的关系。在案例讨论前要精心选择案例并做好课前准备，讨论过程中要注意控制讨论进度，激发学生讨论的积极性，结束后要对讨论进行归纳总结，并将案例教学计入课程考核体系中。
