酶工程是高等院校生物技术、生物工程专业的核心课程.结合教改实践,阐述了酶工程课程体系、教材建设、课堂教学、实验室建设等的教改实践,并对该课程建设中存在的问题和困境,提出了解决的设想.%Enzyme engineering is the core curriculum of biotechnology,bio-engineering in institutions of higher learning.In this paper,it elaborated the enzyme works on the course system,the construction of teaching materials,classroom teaching,laboratory building from the practice of reform.At last,we put forward the idea of solution on the practice and the construction of the curriculum problems.
