本科师范生学习拖延与就业焦虑相关分析

         

摘要

为探究本科师范生学习拖延与就业焦虑的现状及其关系,给学生就业指导、心理健康教育提供参考.通过随机抽样方法,采用大学生学习拖延问卷、就业焦虑诊断问卷对某师范学院210名师范专业大学生进行问卷调查.结果发现68.10%的本科师范生存在不同程度的学习拖延情况,57.77%的本科师范生存在不同程度的就业焦虑情况;本科师范生学习拖延与就业焦虑存在显著正相关;回归分析结果显示,学习拖延及其各维度能预测就业焦虑.建议通过多种途径帮助大学生合理应对学习拖延与就业焦虑的现象,以提升本科师范生就业能力及心理健康水平.%To find out about the relationship between academic procrastination and employment anxiety among undergraduate normal students, and to provide reference for students' employment guidance, and psychological health education, a Atotal of 210 undergraduate normal students from a normal college were assessed with Questionnaire of Academic Procrastination for Undergraduates, Questionnaire of Obtaining Employment of University Graduate through random sampling method.It was found that 68.1% of the subjects suffered different degrees of academic procrastination, and 57.77% of them were found to have different degrees of employment anxiety.There existed a significantly positive correlation between academic procrastination and employment anxiety.Regression analysis results showed that the academic procrastination and its dimensions could predict employment anxiety.
