Ghost Doctrine was popular in Ba and Shu regions.ZHANG Ling founded Wudoumi Doctrine on the basis of Ghost one.Though it was a branch of the latter in Ba and Shu regions,it had different development.The regime established by ZHANG Lu in Hanzhong was a trial to bring Wudoumi close to the ruling class.This widened the gap with Ghost one. Afterward,GE Hong summarized and perfected the Taoist theories,and KOU Qian cleaned up Taoism and actively drew themselves close to the ruling class.All these contributed to the status of Wudoumi Doctrine as an official religion and break with Ghost one eventually.%鬼道是流行于巴蜀地区的民间信仰，张陵在鬼道的基础上创立了五斗米道。五斗米道的虽是巴蜀鬼道的一支，但有着不同于鬼道的发展方向。张鲁在汉中建立政教合一的政权是五斗米道向统治阶层靠拢的一次尝试，拉大了与鬼道的差异。之后葛洪总结和完善了道教理论，加上寇谦之清整道教和积极向统治阶层靠拢的努力，使五斗米道成为官方宗教，最终使五斗米道同鬼道彻底决裂。
