中小城市生态环境一城市化响应度模型研究——以内江市为例

         

摘要

城市与生态环境的矛盾日益突出,为此,利用因子分析方法,对内江市1999~2010年的城市化综合水平与生态环境综合质量进行测度;同时,借鉴经济学中点弹性的定义,分析城市化进程的生态环境响应时序规律,建立研究区测算响应方向和强度的响应度模型.结果表明,在1999—2010年间,总体上,内江市城市化综合指数呈逐年上升的趋势;生态环境指数变化具有明显的波动性,这种变化与其各项指标的波动性变化具有密切的关系;计算得到的生态环境一城市化响应度值,能够反映城市化进程中的生态环境效率的动态变化,即为获得一定的城市化发展速度所付出的生态环境代价的动态变化状况.生态环境一城市化响应度概念和方法的提出,为环境一城市化分析提供了新的分析指标和工具.%In the context of the ever intensifying conflict between urbanization and ecological environment, a method of factor analysis is employed to test and measure the overall urbanization level and the comprehensive quality of ecological envi ronment in Neijiang between the years from 1999 to 2010. At the same time, by use of the theory of point elasticity in econom- ics, an analysis is made of the ecological environment responsivity timing rules in the process of urbanization, so that a respons- ivity model is established for the measurement of responsivity direction and responsivity intensity. The results show that be tween 1999 and 2010, generally speaking, the aggregate index number for urbanization in Neijiang takes an increasing trend year by year ; indices for ecological environment fluctuate quite ohviously, which indicates a close relationship with the fluctua- tion of its many sub-indices. The ecological environment/urbanization responsivity value thus obtained can well reflect the dy- namic change of the ecological environment efficiency, which is actually a dynamic change of the ecological cost paid for acqui ring an urbanization of certain speed. The concept and method proposed here provides a new approach and tool for analyzing en- vironment-urbanization relationship.
